Do some gas stations try to trick you into selecting the more expensive grade, by reversing the normal order of buttons?

Above is the norm around San Diego, and everywhere else in America I've bought gas.... but below is the reverse order that I just noticed.

    I've seen this in the Midwest, sometimes with the low price in the middle. Really sneaky. I don't go back to those stations.
