generally useless ideas about car windows that occurred to me

would computer privacy screens work on side windows, like window tint, but where you could see out pretty well?

Would photo reactive tint or glass be a good idea for car windows, especially the ones normally tinted... they would be clear at night and cloudy or foggy days, dark on sunny days
