What the hell good is a US Army or Natl Guard base, if it isn't out putting it's soldiers into real situations where they will gain experience with the gear that taxes were wasted on?

South Carolina Natl Guard, and Governor, or any other flooded state... here's an idea... get the damn Army portable bridges where they can be used for once in their useless existances
